Initial Comment:
Heavy module used as the core for systems which generates trees of files, convert them direct to zip files, and pump them out on the fly.

No dependencies in public applications, but known to be used by companies.

Pure Perl, multiple files, quite a few dependencies ( mainly on compressions/archive stuff ), no non-standard makefile options.
