Let's add a .txt file to our web describing some internal guideline, including
* changelog handling
* release process
and anything that still has to come up.

I just can't see how to do this... Maybe the mandatory mailing-lists already do that, because everyone will receive the bug report.

Brainstorming - what else do we need? Do we need a process for adding package to our group (I'd say no)? for adding members (I'd say no, everybody is welcome)? for reacting on bugs (I'd say yes, otherwise nobody feels responsible)?
I'll add a list of mandatory lists and such for group members.
