kill libtest-www-mechanize-cgi-perl?

I packaged this sometime ago but it was rejected because it didn't have a 
proper upstream license.  Now I've packaged 
libtest-www-mechanize-cgiapp-perl which doesn't have that problem and is 
better suited for my needs anyway so what should I do with the old 
package?  delete it or move it to some special place in the archive?
