New upstream release of XML::RSS uses
DateTime::Format::Mail and DateTime::Format::W3CDTF

and libxml-rss-perl does not depend on packages providing these.

Please add libdatetime-format-mail-perl and
libdatetime-format-w3cdtf-perl to the Depends line for this package.
