Bug#409017: dh-make-perl: Allow forcing core module builds

Package: dh-make-perl
Version: 0.25
Severity: wishlist

As a suggestion, adding a '--force' parameter or similar to override
dh-make-perl's refusal to build core modules would be handy.

I've just rebuilt a couple (File::Temp and File::Spec) and they seem
to be functioning fine, and appear in @INC earlier than the ones
provided by perl-modules and perl itself.

This allows me to build SVK 2, which requires newer versions of many
modules than are in the current archive.
