Bugzila reports show fiddling with the clocksource affecting HDD
experience, so why not also UDP? :)

What do you think about lowering the severity[1] and mark 430707 as
blocked by 426738?

[1] because this does not affect every user of the package, only those
using pre-release/not-quite-good kernels.
