Thanks for the hint about newer versions.

I've now put 0.26 into svn (and made some other changes to the
package). I'm not sure if this new version fixes the problem,
therefore I'm not closing this bug yet.

Could someone from the Debian Perl Group please review and if
possible upload the package?
