I'm sorry so many "false positive" reports where filed.
The problem seems to be caused by cpan.org and all the redirections
(some servers are not updated or throw different errors).
I just added cpan.org to the keywords-based filtering system of my
script because it seems to be a waste of time and resources (on all
sides) reporting errors when the problem is caused by third-party
mirrors.
