dh-make-perl --build --cpan Mcrypt

wrongly tried to pick up MCrypt for me instead, and failed.

Worked around by manually downloading the right module off cpan,
unpacking the archive, and doing

dh-make-perl --build Mcrypt-2.5.7.0

in the local directory instead.
