Bug#318058: lidbdb-mysql-perl and UTF8

Sorry for not answering, i was away. 
I tried 4.005 (Debian testing) today. It did not resolve my problem. I had 
problems with earlier versions too, when i installed those packages 
automatically with system update/upgrade.

About reproducing. I can try to set up another system for testing, but in our 
productional server i can't use libdbd-mysql-perl newer than 2.9006.
