The reason for this is that the .orig.tar.gz in the archive is not
binary-equal to what I've downloaded from CPAN. The contents however are
the same (checked with diff -r; also the resulting .diff.gz has only
debian/ in it) so I re-uploaded using the .orig from the archive.
