Bug#424020: libtk-pod-perl: Pod/Text.pm diffs seems to be wrong

I guess that I will simply change them all back and live with the lintian 
error:

usr/share/man/man3/Tk::Pod::Text.3pm.gz 239: warning: can't find numbered 
character 228

It is much better to make the program work correctly.
