Thanks. As we now have a separate libcgi-pm-perl package for
providing newer versions of CGI.pm, I'm not going to patch the one in
perl-modules. The fix will be integrated in the Perl core upstream and
get in the Debian perl package after that.

I'm cloning this against libcgi-pm-perl. I see 3.40 is already in Debian
unstable, but it won't enter testing (lenny) automatically because we're
in a freeze stage.

I doubt this qualifies for a freeze exception, but if somebody else
wants to argue that with the release team, feel free of course.
