Bug#495720: eekboek: Broken links in html documentation

The html documentation for eekboek contains some broken links.
Some of the missing files (all href'd from html/setup/index.html):  
- html/setup/relaties.html
- html/setup/mutaties.html
- html/setup/init.html

There may be other pages missing, I haven't checked all links.
I notice that these pages are available at http://www.eekboek.nl/docs.
