Bug#510144: RFS: libtie-hash-regex-perl -- Match hash keys using Regular Expressions

Ok, I've now got libtie-hash-regex-perl injected into the team's svn trunk.
svn://svn.debian.org/pkg-perl/trunk/libtie-hash-regex-perl/

I've also addressed the issues that were pointed out in the team's policy. I'm 
now seeking a sponsor to upload this package. Thanks in advance.
