Please make sure your packages are debhelper compat 6

Why the rush to debhelper 6?  This has the significant drawback that users 
of Debian stable cannot backport the Perl Group's packages easily because 
debhelper 6 isn't available in stable.

Again, why the rush to dh 6?  Is there something seriously broken with dh 
5 that prevents us from continuing to use it for half a year or so?
