The new DM concept led to a change in the pkg-perl group's internal
policy: now the "Uploaders:" field should only contain DDs or DMs
that are allowed to upload the specific package; cf.
http://pkg-perl.alioth.debian.org/policy.html#debian_control_handling

So it's nothing personal, just a new way of using this field; and
