libperl6-form-perl override disparity

I've had more success in override changes when filing bugs against
ftp.debian.org pseudopackage (tags: override). Mails seemed to just
disappear...

DevRef 5.7 says:

  To alter the actual section that a package is put in, you need to
  first make sure that the debian/control file in your package is
  accurate. Next, send an email override-change at debian.org or submit a
  bug against ftp.debian.org requesting that the section or priority for
  your package be changed from the old section or priority to the new
  one. Be sure to explain your reasoning.
