ia64 buildd mundy can't resolve localhost

Hi ia64 buildd admins,

libapache2-mod-perl2_2.0.3-4 failed to build on mundy:

 Configuring Apache/2.2.8 mod_perl/2.0.3 Perl/v5.8.8
 [  error] Can't resolve host: 'localhost' (check /etc/hosts)
 [  error] Can't resolve host: 'localhost' (check /etc/hosts)
 make: *** [build-stamp] Error 1

This works on all other buildds, and I don't think it's an unreasonable
assumption of the build environment. Could you please fix this and
requeue the package?
