Bug#479076: Request binNMU for libdbd-sqlite3-perl?

yes. But I guess backport users also need a fixed libsqlite3 anyway...

I can't see another way to ensure that the buildd will have a fixed
sqlite on it when building the package.

Suggestions welcome.
