Build-Depends: debhelper (>= 6), perl-modules (>= 5.10.0) | libmodule-build-perl (>= 0.2805), quilt (>= 0.40)


Looks more like a lintian problem to me, but I feel a bit uneasy
about ignoring/overriding lintian _errors_.
