Bug#481466: dh-make-perl: Enable CPANPLUS support

Hello,

With perl 5.10 we have CPANPLUS, I tryed to use dh-make-perl with
--cpanplus hand it tell me that CPANPLUS support is disabled.

Is it possible to enable it ?
