Ok, so we will _Recommends_ the virtual-package
libhtml-wikiconverter-dialect provided by the formerly submodules
and also _Recommends_ the strictly package name for that submodules
IMHO this is enough and good for me.
(also I think that this bug is not grave, so I downgrading it to normal)
