Last time I asked to get a package removed from testing(-security) I was

Agreed, I was only suggesting removal from testing as requested by the 
maintainer.

According to http://wiki.debian.org/ftpmaster_Removals I should either request 
removal on debian-release or file a bug against release.debian.org psuedo-
package. Btw, Niko stated in his bug report that he would like the package 
removed from lenny, so prodding him won't help get resolution.

Please consider this a request to remove podlators-perl from lenny to close 
another RC bug in lenny.
