According to http://packages.debian.org/lenny/all/libdevel-repl-perl/filelist
it is installed as /usr/share/doc/libdevel-repl-perl/examples/re.pl
re.pl is explicitly moved from /usr/bin to
/usr/share/doc/libdevel-repl-perl/examples/ in debian/rules during
package build.
And I'm a bit reluctant to install a script with such a generic name
into /usr/bin/, I have to admit ...
(And the .pl extension would not conform with Debian Policy in
/usr/bin which would leave us with /usr/bin/re ...)
