I am working on upgrading the Debian package to 2.1.9

The reason is me being lazy and just listing configrc (as the file is
named in the tarball) in debian/examples.
Would it be possible that this file is renamed in the clive
distribution? If config sounds confusing in the root of the tarball,
perhaps putting it in examples/ subdirectory would be OK?
Meanwhile I will put some effort to get what is expected in the
examples directory of the package.
