Bug#525350: hardcoded s3.amazonaws.com prevents use with walrus

Hi there:

Thanks for the bug report.

However, as this package is not Debian-specific, I would suggest
reporting the bug upstream in the CPAN Request Tracker. If we don't
hear back from the author in due time (maybe a week or two), then we
can look into a Debian patch.

I think the preferred thing is to avoid patching in Debian if we can
do so, and the changes you propose would benefit a wider audience than
just Debian users.

I have thus taken the liberty of forwarding this bug to the Request
Tracker as RT#45261. It is available at:
https://rt.cpan.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=45261

I assume that this relates to the most recent version of that package
available -- that is, the upstream 0.50. Next time it may be useful
for you to note that in your bug report.

I have Cc'd both the Debian Perl list as well as bug BTS#525350 on the
Debian tracker, so you can keep updated on changes to this action
item.

Cheers,

Jonathan
