I had a quick glance at one point and it seemed OK. However, a separate
2.020 is going to be obsoleted very soon by perl 5.10.1 so it might not
be worth it before 2.021.

I did add the conflicts/replaces/provides dance for libio-compress-perl
in the experimental perl package though, so it should be OK.

I checked and they're all below 2.008, so 5.10.0 is enough.
