Bug#544016: libtext-multimarkdown-perl: Should conflict using "<<" ("<" is deprecated and interpreted as "<=")

This package conflicts versioned with older versions of its predecessor
- but does using the deprecated "<" syntax which is treated like "<=".

Please use "<<" instead to allow installing aside current release of its
predecessor.
