Package: libdate-manip-perl
Version: 6.05-1
Severity: normal

The fix is available at
http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/forum.php?thread_name=E1NKPtJ-0007gy-U7%40sfp-cvsdas-3.v30.ch3.sourceforge.com&forum_name=xmltv-commit

Tested in /usr/bin/tv_grab_na_dd, works with freeguide against libdate-manip-perl 6.05-1.

The libdate-manip-perl maintainer's point that the changes in libdate-manip-perl are documented and well-known is not a reason to push it into
testing right away, if it breaks packages. The xmltv maintainer did not succeed in blocking the migration to testing; unnecessary grief ensues.

Debian works by everyone working together; it's the final result that matters, not whether a package is the latest.

Happy New Year!

Cheers,
Dave
