Bug#514272: libaudio-mpd-perl: mpd-dynamic does not start (suggested packages should be set to "depends")

It seems "suggests" packages should be set at least to "recommends" or
"depends". 
Launching mpd-dynamic gives me⋅(either with or without -debug option):

Can't locate Getopt/Euclid.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /etc/perl /usr/local/lib/perl/5.10.0 /usr/local/share/perl/5.10.0 /usr/lib/perl5 /usr/share/perl5 /usr/lib/perl/5.10 /usr/share/perl/5.10 /usr/local/lib/site_perl .) at /usr/bin/mpd-dynamic line 20.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at /usr/bin/mpd-dynamic line 20.

Once libgetopt-euclid-perl installed, I still have the same issue with 
libgetopt-euclid-perl.
With these two packagesi (and mpd :)) installed everything is fine.
