Bug#510626: libapache2-mod-perl2: depends on apache2 - breaks mpm-itk

libapache2-mod-perl2 depends on apache2 (>= 2.2.4).  By doing this, you
are preventing people from using libapache2-mpm-itk (an mpm which is not
part of upstream apache), since apache2 is a meta-package depending on
the «official» mpms.
