Why was libwx-perl remvoed from Lenny?

I'm very sorry about this, and I'm sure Neil too. Would you accept our
apologies, and re-upload 0.84-2 as 0.84-3 to testing-proposed-updates?
(If you don't have that version handy, let me know and I will give you
