This FTBFS should be fixed with the - still UNRELEASED - change by
Christoph Berg:

libaspect-perl (0.14-2) UNRELEASED; urgency=low

  * Add missing Build-Dependency on libbenchmark-timer-perl.
  * Suggest libbenchmark-timer-perl for the optional profiler feature.
