we can't update things in Lenny. If there's a specific bug that's
important enough, we may be able to backport the fix and get it into a
stable point release. otherwise Debian squeeze and Debian sid have
4.024. the changes since 4.024 to 4.027 have no reason to
upload. You'll have backport the version from sid. just download the
source package, rebuild it on a lenny system, and install the
resulting .debs. I've tested this and it seems to work fine.
