Bug#535198: Typo in error message ("Namespace declartions").

The error message given in a particular instance (I don't specifically
recall what; I believe it had to do with failing to use the string
'xmlns:' in the name of an xmlns attribute. In any case, the typo is
clear in the source code; a patch, made with quilt, is attached which
fixes it.
