Bug#517953: support idle command

Package: libaudio-mpd-perl
Version: 0.19.6-1
Severity: normal

In version 0.14, mpd added an "idle" command. mpd delays replying
to this command until a notable change, such as a change to a
different track, occurs.

I'd like to use this from code that uses Audio::MPD.
