Disappearance of Config::INI::Simple

Today I noted that Config::INI::Simple no longer exists on CPAN.  I
found this discussion thread in relation:
http://www.perlmonks.org/?node_id=747379

Perhaps some enterprising new group member can package up Config::INI as
a replacement?  Then the removal of Config::INI:Simple can be requested.
