Bug#557114: [clive] PATCH: Please add support for blip.tv

Dear clive maintainers,
I had some blip.tv URLs coming to me and thereby noticed, that clive doesn't
support that host so far. I then hacked a quick solution. The result is attached
as a patch to this e-mail.

I used [0] for testing the module.

P.S.: blip.tv offers more than one version of a video generally, right now the
Bliptv.pm module doesn't care for that (e.g. no honouring of -q best). The
available options can be read from a <select></select> with the id »SelectFormat«.
