That's weird; the tests are run with the following options:
$VAR1 = bless( {
'meta_signing_key_id' => '0xF950DA9C',
'meta_interactive' => 0,
'armor' => 1,
'always_trust' => 1,
'homedir' => 'test'
}, 'GnuPG::Options' );
and meta_interactive => should pass '--batch', '--no-tty' to gpg.
