Comments regarding libnet-bittorrent-perl_0.051-1_i386.changes

Hello maintainer,

We are holding up libnet-bittorrent-perl because the tarball contains several binary .torrent files.  I realize that these files are for testing the package but what is the content of these files?  Is there any copyrighted/non-free content within them?
