Why not? The time you already put in writing all these e-mails to us
could easily have also been put into simple short and concise mails to
the distribution maintainers.

As prove for that, I mailed someone from debian last week, and action
already has been taken. (not CSV related). It is all in how convincing
you can be.

There *was* a place for 1.15. 1.15 isn't alive anymore from our point
of view, so we will ignore all reported to that version.

The new place is either the distribution contact points (whatever those
may be) or new issues in 1.22

Not easy, but I rewrote and ran it.
