Bug#553363: libfcgi-perl: package description is inadequate (describes fastcgi; not the package)

Package: libfcgi-perl
Version: 0.67-3
Severity: normal

Hello,

I feel the package description for libfcgi-perl is not
adequate. It merely describes FastCGI, not what this package
is or does. I will try to come up with a better example,
but it should probably lead with something like

  FastCGI is...
  .
This package contains a perl library for implementing
  FastCGI scripts.

(assuming that is what this library is for. I don't know!)
