I earlier missed the fact that the old packages superseded by
libio-compress-perl are shipped as transitional empty ones for squeeze
upgrades. The old source packages are already removed.

The blocker bugs still need to be fixed before the transitional packages
can be removed, so let's reuse these bugs to track that.

Also, the whole thing shouldn't be an issue for Perl 5.10.1 transition
after all.
