Bug#576530: Package description has some strange bits

Package: libcgi-simple-perl
Version: 1.111-1
Severity: minor

The package description seems to be a straight copy from the module documentation, which is mostly fine, except for "If you are interested in what has gone on under the hood see the Compatibility with CGI.pm section at the end."

As far as I can see, the package description does not have such a section.
