I agree.

Additionally Module::Build is in core only since per 5.10 (lenny); if
we continue to care for backports we'd have to add "perl (>= 5.10) |
libmodule-build-perl" to all packages. If we wait until squeez (i.e.
until lenny is oldstable) we don't have to think about that.

Still, an earlier rebuild might be interesting.
