libdbi-perl migration

Hi release team,

could somebody please have a look at libdbi-perl_1.610.90+is+1.609-1
migration?  The excuses [1] say

# libdbi-perl (1.609-1 to 1.610.90+is+1.609-1)
    * Maintainer: Debian Perl Group
    * 11 days old (needed 10 days)
    * libdbi-perl (source, i386, amd64, armel, hppa, ia64, kfreebsd-amd64, kfreebsd-i386, mips, mipsel, powerpc, s390, sparc) has new bugs!
    * Updating libdbi-perl introduces new bugs: #577209
    * Not considered 

but #577209 is fixed in 1.610.90+is+1.609-1 and the BTS knows that AFAICS.
