This is due to the following change in libcaptcha-recaptcha-perl 0.93:
0.93 2010-07-03
Updated Perl plugin to use Google infrastructure.
i.e. it now produces URLs referring to google.com rather than recaptcha.net.
The bug has already been reported upstream, and will apparently be fixed in
the next release.
