This was obviously wrong, as they've just migrated into testing.
The whole point of having them RC in the first place was so that *we*
decided when they would migrate into testing, which should not be
before Perl 5.12 (which could well be some time after the release).

Thanks to Ansgar for spotting this and requesting their removal...
