From where exaclty are you trying to update? I did too a dist-upgrade
right now, updating perl and later installing libmodule-corelist-perl:

Setting up perl-modules (5.10.1-14) ...
Setting up perl (5.10.1-14) ...
...

Then installing libmodule-corelist-perl:

# aptitude install libmodule-corelist-perl
